It runs every 10 minutes and reads the texts and emails you sent in the last 48 hours. What it read shows on the customer's card under Customers. Booking texts to the client follow the Client texts setting.
Lead sorter

It runs every 10 minutes and reads only what came in after it was turned on. Phone numbers, email addresses, links and entry codes are removed before Claude sees a message. To fix a wrong tag, press and hold it on the customer's card.

Test records
Test records are the practice bookings, texts and applications made while trying things out: anything named “_test account …” or marked as a test.
Off: the team pages show real records only. On: test records show too, each marked Test, with a reminder bar at the top of every team page.
