- Move In / Move Out: typical 4 to 8 hours, quoted by home size and condition. Inside cabinets, drawers, and appliances included.
- Estate Cleanout: quoted like a move-out clean, scoped for family homes after a loss, downsize, or move to assisted living. Most run 4 to 8 hours.
- Event Cleaning: pre-event prep and post-event cleanup, quoted by event size and hours requested.
- Construction Cleanup: quoted by square footage and condition. Post-renovation and new-build cleanup.
- Seasonal Refresh: typical 3 to 5 hours, quoted per visit by home size and scope. Quarterly or seasonal alternative to recurring service.
- Office Cleaning: priced by square footage, frequency, and scope. Recurring contracts get the best rates; net-30 invoicing available.
- Custom Add-ons: priced individually and bundled into the visit total. Inside oven, fridge, interior windows, laundry, and similar extras.

What shapes your quote
Every quote we send is built from the same handful of ingredients. Here is what each one does to the number, and which ones bring it down over time.
- Home size: square footage and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms set the baseline time for any visit.
- Current condition: heavy buildup, neglected areas, or post-construction grime takes longer to clean than a maintained home, so condition can move a quote more than size alone.
- A first-visit deep clean: most recurring schedules start with a deep clean (typically 4 to 8 hours). It is a bigger first visit, but it gives every routine visit after it a clean baseline to maintain, so those visits stay efficient.
- Recurring rhythm: weekly and bi-weekly schedules earn the best per-visit rate because the home stays in good shape between visits instead of swinging between "just cleaned" and "overdue".
- Add-ons you choose: inside oven, fridge, interior windows, laundry, and similar custom add-ons are quoted individually and bundled into the visit total. Add one once, add it every visit, or leave it off.
- Pets: pet-area detail is an available add-on: focused cleaning and deodorizing around litter areas, beds, and food stations. A deep clean already includes whole-home deodorizing for pet and cooking odors.
- Crew size: two cleaners finish faster; one cleaner takes longer for the same scope. We recommend whichever fits your home and timing best. Your quote covers the visit either way.
- What never shows up: supplies. We bring our own products and equipment, so there is no supply fee and nothing for you to stock.

- You pay after the visit, once the work is done. If your booking needs a deposit, it comes off that total.
- No travel surcharge inside our service area (Hernando and Citrus counties).
