How often should I book a seasonal clean?
Most households do every quarter or every season — four times a year. Spring and pre-holiday tend to be the most popular slots.
Is this the same as a deep clean?
Close, but lighter. A deep clean covers everything in one visit and takes longer. A seasonal refresh is scoped to a single visit window and rotates focus areas through the year.
Can I lock in dates ahead of time?
Yes. We can pre-schedule all four seasonal visits at the start of the year so they're on the calendar before the rush.
Do snowbird homes get a discount?
We have a "open the home" + "close the home" pair that's priced together. Ask when you book.
Can I switch to recurring service later?
Yes. Many households start with a seasonal cadence and switch to weekly or bi-weekly later. We will credit your most recent visit toward the first recurring clean if you switch within 60 days.
