Construction cleanup FAQ
What's the difference between rough and final clean?
The rough clean happens after framing, drywall, and major mechanicals — it removes the worst of the dust before paint and finishes go in. The final clean is the last step before handover, focused on detail and presentation.
How long does a typical post-construction clean take?
It varies a lot with square footage and dust load. A small remodel can take a single day; a full new build may take two to three days for a thorough rough + final cycle.
Can you handle the dust without spreading it?
We use HEPA vacuums and damp methods for heavy dust loads, and we stage debris bags away from finished surfaces. Cross-contamination control is part of the standard for this service.
Do you work directly with builders?
Yes. We can be added to your trade rotation and scheduled around your timeline. Net-30 invoicing available for established builder accounts.
Will the home be ready for the owner walkthrough?
That is the bar. If the walkthrough surfaces something we missed, contact us and we will return to address it within our satisfaction promise.
