Who we are

BroomShine Services LLC ("BroomShine", "we", "us") is a residential and commercial cleaning company based in Brooksville, FL 34614. This policy explains what we collect through broomshineservices.com and through the calls, emails, and text messages we exchange with you, how we use it, and the choices you have. Information you give us

• Quote and booking requests. Your name, email, phone number, service address, details about the home or space (size, rooms, condition, pets, add-ons), preferred dates, notes, whether you would like text messages, and any photos you choose to attach.
• Quote review. When we send you a private link to review a quote or ask for changes, that link is tied to your booking.
• Job applications. Your name, contact details, availability, the areas you can work, experience, your answers to the eligibility questions on the form, and, at apply, photos of your driver's license (front and back) and a selfie; if you are hired and are not a US citizen, a photo of your work permit.
• Calls, texts, and email. Your contact details and whatever you send us. Calls to and from our business line are recorded, with a spoken notice at the start, and our phone provider writes a short summary of each call that we keep with your request.

Information collected automatically

• Site analytics. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies (named _ga and similar) and records the pages you visit, how you reached the site, your device and browser, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and actions such as tapping the call button or submitting the booking form. Analytics runs only on the live site. Google explains its handling of this data at How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
• Ad clicks. If you reach the site by tapping one of our Google ads, your browser remembers that ad's click reference, the page you landed on, and the time. If you send a booking request within 30 days, we save them with your request so we can see which ads bring customers. After 30 days the site clears them on your next visit, and clearing your browser's site data removes them at any time.
• Hosting logs. Our host, Netlify, processes your IP address, browser, and request details to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
• Spam protection. The booking form uses Google reCAPTCHA, which collects hardware and software information to tell people from bots. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• Team sign-in. A sign-in cookie is set only when a BroomShine team member signs in to our internal tools. Visitors and customers never receive it.

How we use it

• Prepare your quote, schedule and perform your cleaning, and answer your questions.
• Contact you about your request, your appointment, and follow-ups after a visit.
• Review job applications and confirm eligibility to work.
• Keep business records of quotes, visits, and payments.
• Protect the site and its forms from spam and abuse.
• Understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
• Comply with the law and respond to lawful requests.

SMS/Text Messaging

By texting us or providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from BroomShine Services LLC about quotes, scheduling, appointment reminders, and service follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with the service providers that handle it on our behalf, and only for the purposes above:

• Netlify hosts the site and runs its forms.
• Supabase stores booking, quote, and application records, and holds uploaded photos in private storage that has no public link.
• Formspree relays each new form submission to our email inbox.
• Google provides our analytics, reCAPTCHA, and business email.
• Our phone and messaging carrier connects calls, delivers text messages, and records and summarizes calls.
• Anthropic reads the texts, call summaries and emails you send us, to sort them (a new request, a question, a change, a problem) and to put your appointment on our calendar. Phone numbers, email addresses, links and entry codes are removed before it sees them.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or to a buyer if the business is ever sold, in which case this policy would still apply to the information transferred.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them. To keep Google Analytics from measuring your visits anywhere, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

How long we keep it

We keep booking, quote, and visit records for as long as you are a customer and as long as we need them for business and tax records. We keep job applications while a hiring decision is open and for a reasonable period afterward, and ID photos stay private the whole time. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in Google Analytics. Call recordings and transcripts stay with our phone provider; we keep only the written summary of a call, with your request.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, including a job application and its photos. Email BroomShineServicesLLC@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may keep what the law requires us to keep. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message. We will never treat you differently for exercising these choices.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Records and uploaded photos sit in private storage that only the owner and the staff who need them can reach. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we keep access as narrow as the work allows.

Children

The site and our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, we post the new version here and update the date at the top of the page.
