How do you decide whether a home needs a deep clean or a standard clean?
We ask when the home was last professionally cleaned and what has built up since: dusty baseboards and blinds, grout that has darkened, greasy cabinet fronts. If it has been more than a few months, or never, we suggest starting with a deep clean; if the home is already well kept, a routine clean is the right call. Tell us about the home when you request a quote and we will say which one fits.
Do I need to be home during the appointment?
No. A deep clean runs several hours, and you are welcome to be out for part or all of it. Give us an entry method, like a lockbox or garage code, and we lock up when we leave. If you would rather stay, that is fine too; walk the crew through anything you want handled a certain way.
Do I have to sign a contract or join a membership?
No. There is no contract, no membership and no minimum term. You pay per cleaning, and recurring service continues only for as long as you want it.
