Yes. We will scope the clean to a written list and confirm it before we arrive. If your management company has its own checklist, share it and we will work to it.
Can you clean if utilities are off?
We need running water and electricity to do the job properly. Confirm utilities are on for the day of the clean.
Will the home be ready for photos or a final walkthrough?
That is the bar we work to. If you find something you want addressed before the walkthrough, contact us and we will return to fix it within our satisfaction promise.

What is included in a move-in or move-out clean versus a regular visit?
A regular visit maintains a lived-in home: kitchens, baths, bedrooms, surfaces, and floors on the same checklist each time. A move clean is the empty-home version of a deep clean: that whole list plus the insides of kitchen and bathroom cabinets and drawers, the oven, fridge, and dishwasher, closets, door frames, and window tracks, so the place is ready for a walkthrough or a new family. With no furniture in the way, we reach everything a routine visit works around.
Do I have to sign a contract or join a membership?
No. There is no contract, no membership and no minimum term. You pay per cleaning, and recurring service continues only for as long as you want it.
