Move cleans are different from a regular deep clean: cabinets and drawers are usually empty, appliances need inside-and-out attention, and the standard is "as-new" rather than "lived-in clean." We scope and price accordingly.

How far in advance should I book?
One to two weeks of notice is ideal for predictable scheduling. We do take same-week and next-day requests when our schedule allows — call us if your timeline is tight.
Do you provide a checklist for landlords or property managers?
Yes. We will scope the clean to a written list and confirm it before we arrive. If your management company has its own checklist, share it and we will work to it.
Can you clean if utilities are off?
We need running water and electricity to do the job properly. Confirm utilities are on for the day of the clean.
Will the home be ready for photos or a final walkthrough?
That is the bar we work to. If you find something you want addressed before the walkthrough, contact us and we will return to fix it within our satisfaction promise.
Can you handle larger, multi-unit properties?
Yes — we coordinate multiple homes for property managers and real estate teams. Let us know the volume and we will price accordingly.
