How we work an estate.
Patient and respectful. Family members are often in and out during the visit. We work around them, not through them, and we do not touch personal items, paperwork, or belongings beyond the clean unless the family explicitly asks otherwise.
An out-of-state son, daughter, or executor can schedule, pay, and approve scope without being on site. We send photos before and after. If the home is going to market, we scope to listing-photo standards and can match a written checklist from the agent or attorney.
We can refer good local providers for haul-away or sorting help. The cleanest workflow is typically: family or estate manager handles belongings → haul-away service handles bulk → BroomShine cleans the empty home.

Do you work with realtors and estate attorneys?
Yes. We frequently get the home ready for listing photos, MLS, or a final walkthrough on behalf of the agent or attorney. We can scope to a written checklist and deliver before-and-after photos for the file.
How much does an estate cleanout cost?
Every estate home is quoted individually with a free personalized estimate. Most estate homes run 4 to 8 hours; larger homes or homes that have been closed up for a long time can take longer. We quote a flat estimate up front.
What happens during an estate cleanout if some rooms still have belongings in them?
We clean around them. Tell us which rooms are still being sorted and we will work the cleared rooms fully and give the others a light pass on floors and surfaces, without moving, boxing, or discarding anything. If you want a second visit once the last belongings are out, we can pencil that date in now.
