We work to a consistent checklist on every visit so the result is the same week after week. We bring our own supplies, can use eco-friendly products on request, and lock up when we leave so you do not have to be home.

- Kitchen surfaces, sinks, stovetop, and exterior of appliances
- Bathrooms: tubs, showers, toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures
- Bedrooms: dusting, surfaces, beds made (linens left as-is)
- Living and dining areas: dusting, vacuum, wipe-down of surfaces
- All accessible floors swept, vacuumed, and mopped
- Trash removed and bins relined
- General tidy of visible clutter (we don't reorganize personal items)

Routine clean FAQ
How long does a routine clean take?
Most homes fall between 1.5 and 3 hours per visit. Larger homes or longer cadences (e.g., monthly instead of weekly) take more time on each visit.
Will I get the same cleaner each visit?
We aim for crew consistency on recurring schedules. Occasional substitutions happen for time off; the same checklist and standard apply to every visit.
Do I need to be home?
No. We can clean while you are away. Provide an entry method (lockbox, garage code, etc.) and we lock up when we leave.
What if I need to skip or reschedule a visit?
Give us at least 24 hours' notice and we will reschedule without a fee. Short-notice cancellations may be subject to a partial fee.
Do you offer recurring discounts?
Yes. Weekly and bi-weekly schedules have the best per-visit rate. Quote will reflect the cadence you choose.
